Vitality Martial Arts offers three different types of classes.
We have regular, on-going martial arts classes.
Qi Gong classes are currently being offered on a rolling basis however starting in late spring 2014, regular Qi Gong classes will resume.
We also offer personal safety classes and seminars through our unique Personal Awareness and Situational Safety (PASS) program.
